The basics — and a quick read for first-timers.
- Where do I park?
- Free parking out front. ADA-accessible spaces are nearest the side entrance. Overflow lot two doors down (free, never full).
- Public transit?
- Closest bus stop is two blocks east. We're happy to wait an extra few minutes if your connection runs late — just call ahead.
- First-time patient — what should I bring?
- Insurance card if you have one, a list of medications, and your previous dentist's name (we can request records). That's all.
- Can I just walk in?
- For emergencies, yes — call first if possible so we can clear a slot. For routine visits, booking ahead means no wait.
- Is the office ADA-accessible?
- Yes — step-free entrance on the side of the building, wide hallways, accessible restrooms. The chairs themselves can recline fully flat for wheelchair transfers.
