Wisdom-teeth removal.
Most third molars come out cleanly in a 60–90 minute office visit. Sedation if you want it, local-only if you don't.
When to remove them
Not every wisdom tooth needs to come out. If they erupt cleanly and you can keep them clean, leave them. If they're impacted, sideways, or causing problems for the next tooth — they need to go.
We do most extractions in-house under local anesthetic or IV sedation. A small number of cases (deeply impacted lower wisdom teeth near the nerve) we refer to an oral surgeon. We'll tell you which group you're in after the CBCT.
One visit, planned recovery.
Wisdom teeth come out at one appointment. The first three days after are the part that needs planning.

Follow-up
A week later — quick visit to remove any stitches and check healing. Most patients are fully back to normal by then.

Anesthesia options, your call.
Each option below is available in-house — quoted in writing, no surprises.
Local anesthetic only
Awake but numb — fastest recovery, no sedation cost. Best for one or two simple teeth.
Nitrous oxide (laughing gas)
Local + light inhaled sedation. Awake but very relaxed. Drive yourself home.
IV sedation
Asleep through the procedure. Need a ride home — preferred for all four at once.
Bone graft (if needed)
If we're planning a future implant in that spot, we graft the socket at extraction.

- What does it cost?
